The Center for STEMM Mentorship is currently enrolling teams in its on-campus 2025 Team-Building for STEMM groups workshop program, a series of two 4-hour sessions taking place on February 3 and April 7, 2025 each from 9:00am – 1:00pm.
- Enrollment for up to 20 Stanford STEMM research labs and teams. Food provided!
- Build trust within your lab, assess team health, hone accountability, improve understanding of one another, create strategies for addressing conflict, improve communication, and measure progress toward strengthening team cohesion!
- Workshops engage complete research groups or staff teams (e.g. a faculty PI and all of their students and postdocs). Commitment to both dates is key, though we understand some conflicts are inevitable and can accommodate remote participation when needed.
